This Video Capture program for Ring Clerking records both audio and visual. If there is a discrepancy, you can go into scale tickets and right-click and view the individual video clip of that transaction. You can do this at any time, from any computer that has the office program on it. The videos are then stored automatically, and you can set a delete date.

This TV screen was designed for the auctioneer and shows both what is selling and what just sold.

• The top half of the screen shows the seller, head count, total weight, and average weight, as well as any comments about the cattle (vaccinated, castrated, etc.) on the current sale.
• The bottom half of the screen shows the head, total weight, average weight, bid price, price/head, and buyer's name and number of previous sales.
