RING CLERKING
Clerking is a fast-paced position, and accuracy is key. We created the most clerk-friendly system on the market. All the functions can be done with the keyboard only, and with an on-screen help menu and tasks like weighing being done by pushing just one key, we can keep you up to speed and effective.
A Few Highlights:
- Split screen so you can keep work ahead while the auctioneer is finishing up the previous group
- Edit the last ticket or any previous ticket that was saved
- Put a hold on the check from the block
- Buyers can buy on numbers, names, or both.
- Resell or re-run an animal or group of animals off of a previous transaction
- Combine multiple drafts or split animals off of a draft quickly
Video Capture
This Video Capture program for Ring Clerking records both audio and visual. If there is a discrepancy, you can go into scale tickets and right-click and view the individual video clip of that transaction. You can do this at any time, from any computer that has the office program on it. The videos are then stored automatically, and you can set a delete date.
This will save you time and money and keep your customers happy.
PENNING
- Penner can view a summary of all livestock penned for a particular buyer.
- Penner can change pen, tag, head, price, and buyer.
- Penner puts in pen on computer screen as animals leave the ring
- Penner can move all livestock to a different pen if the smaller pen gets too full.

There are several reports in the Office program and over 50 reports in the Reports program.Some of the reports included in the system:

INFO SCREEN
- You can configure up to five screens for advertising your barn or future sales.
- Scrolling screen shows how many sellers and the number of heads checked in, sold, and left to sell
- Ongoing market report shows the market of all classes of animals sold through the sale today
AUCTIONEER SCREEN
This TV screen was designed for the auctioneer and shows both what is selling and what just sold.
- The top half of the screen shows the seller, head count, total weight, and average weight, as well as any comments about the cattle (vaccinated, castrated, etc.) on the current sale.
- The bottom half of the screen shows the head, total weight, average weight, bid price, price/head, and buyer's name and number of previous sales.
TACK CLERKING
- Quick registration of sellers through the office program
- Select sellers by name or lot number
- Free-form area so any description or item can be typed in
- Repeat key for those items you sell several of
- The last five sales show on the bottom of the clerk screen for easy viewing.
TV DISPLAY
The selling scoreboard is a screen that can be displayed on a TV of any size. It uses sharp, clear letters to display the total weight, average weight, and number of head currently being sold. Option to display tag number or price.
